Students love being engaged with new and exiting resources. Rotating these resources will keep the materials new and exciting.
I love to keep their attention and make them excited about reaching their goals! Many of my students have developmental goals-so starting at the basics is the key.
The Lock and Key resources will help students to get into the habit of immediately identifying their target letter/number. They will get instant satisfaction when they are able to open their lock. Same goes for the Search Bins. Students will love going on a "Letter Hunt" to find they letters and numbers that they need.
The CVC flip books will be specifically used for my students who are older but still at the beginning reading phase. Isolation of phonemes will help them later in life when attempting to decode words.
The fine motor color tubes will give some of my students the ability to identify corresponding colors as well as numbers when I write them on the balls. Writing the numbers on the balls will move my students into recognizing numbers and putting them in the tubes in order forwards or backwards.
