One of the most memorable moments came when a newcomer—who often hesitates to read aloud—picked up the decodable The Cat Ran and proudly read the entire passage to his group, earning spontaneous applause from his classmates and flashing the biggest smile. When students first saw the materials, they gasped with excitement, saying, \"¡Mira, maestro! New books!\" and immediately asked if they could start using them. Some students said that the snack was better than their snack. \r\n\r\nWe will continue to supply snack in our classroom so the kids are not struggling to learn.
