Because of you, our students now have access to flexible seating options, desk privacy shields, and essential classroom refills that are already making a meaningful difference in how they learn, focus, and feel each day. Your kindness has transformed our classroom into a more supportive, comfortable, and inclusive learning environment, and I am incredibly grateful.\r\nWe are using these new resources every single day. The flexible seating has been especially impactful. During certain times of day, students now have the ability to choose where and how they work best—whether that's a wobble seat, one of the folding floor seats from this project, or a more traditional chair. This choice has helped students take ownership of their learning and better understand what their bodies need in order to focus. \r\nThank you again for believing in my students and investing in their success. Because of your contributions, we have been able to purchase triangular crayons, organized storage bins, and scooper chairs—materials that have made a meaningful and immediate impact on student access, independence, and engagement in art.\r\n\r\nThe triangular crayons have been especially transformative for our youngest artists and for students who benefit from additional fine-motor support. Their shape encourages a natural grip, reduces hand fatigue, and allows students to focus on creative expression rather than the physical challenge of holding a tool. For many children, this simple design difference has increased confidence and participation during art making.\r\n\r\nThe addition of dedicated storage bins has also improved accessibility in powerful ways. Crayons are now clearly organized and within reach, allowing students to independently select materials, make choices, and take responsibility for cleanup. This structure supports executive functioning skills and creates a calmer, more inclusive classroom environment where all learners can navigate the space with greater ease.\r\n\r\nScooper chairs have further enhanced access by providing flexible, supportive seating options. These chairs allow students to stabilize their bodies, adjust their posture, and remain engaged during lessons and studio time. For students who need movement or physical support to focus, the scooper chairs have made sustained participation in art possible and joyful.\r\n\r\nTogether, these materials have helped transform the art room into a space where more students can fully participate, feel successful, and see themselves as artists. Your generosity directly supports equitable access to creative learning, and its impact is visible every day in our classroom.\r\n\r\nThank you for investing in our students and in an art room that values inclusion, dignity, and creativity for all.","fullyFundedDate":1756845260940,"projectUrl":"project/art-for-all/9552411/","projectTitle":"Art for All!","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Anderson","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp8063560_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1661381047976","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/8063560"},{"teacherId":8649280,"projectId":9493587,"letterContent":"This project has provided our classroom with tools and resources that enable the students to thrive while working efficiently as well as the materials needed to make the classroom run efficiently.
