This is my first year at this school, and it has already been such a positive change! The principal even trusted me and my English language learners to coordinate the election of a new school mascot. What an honor!\r\n\r\nOf course, I couldn't name our new podcast without a mascot! It was a close election between The Mavericks and The Westies (a nod to our Upper West Side location).
