My students need these books to develop and improve fundamental skills. My students struggle most with receptive and expressive language skills. Being able to listen to or read a book are fundamental skills needed throughout their academic careers as a student. When reading about fall with a fall book the students will learn and improve their understanding seasons. Other books are essential to help them retell main ideas and key details, recall information to improve their memory, and infer meanings of words or phrases used throughout the book. The donations to my project will help students to focus, listen, understand, and express ideas about the book in a fun and exciting way! This will help increase the students motivation with new books in their school lives.
