At the end of the day my students take their ziplock bag of books home with them. Today, I told them to throw away their ziplocks. They were so confused. \r\nI explained to them that thanks to some very generous people we have these beautiful tote bags to now carry our books home in. Not only do we get these cool bags but we get to decorate them and make them special. \r\nWhen I took out the fabric markers and stickers the boys and girls were cheering. They were so excited and couldn't wait to get to work. They each used their imaginations and creativity to design their original bags. At the end of the day they were so proud to carry them outside to show off.
