As I wheeled the rolling whiteboard into the room for the first time, my students' eyes lit up. They immediately gathered around, eager to use it and curious about how it would change our math learning. When each student received their own dry erase board, there were smiles all around—and math class instantly felt more interactive and fun.\r\n\r\nWe now use these resources every day during math instruction. The rolling whiteboard has become a powerful tool for small-group learning. I'm able to meet with groups anywhere in the room to reteach concepts, model strategies step-by-step, or challenge students with deeper problem-solving tasks. One memorable moment was during a multi-step word problem lesson—students gathered around the rolling board, collaboratively solving and explaining their thinking while encouraging one another. The conversations were rich, focused, and full of confidence.\r\n\r\nThe individual dry erase boards have truly transformed whole-group instruction. Instead of a few hands raised, every student now actively participates. Students eagerly write their answers and proudly hold up their boards, excited to share their thinking. This immediate feedback allows me to quickly celebrate understanding and provide support where it's needed. Even students who were once hesitant to speak up now participate confidently, knowing mistakes are part of the learning process.\r\n\r\nThanks to your generosity, math has become more engaging, collaborative, and empowering for my students. As we continue our current math units, students will use these tools to explore new strategies, tackle more complex problems, and strengthen their reasoning skills. Next, we'll be applying these resources to small-group problem-solving challenges and math discussions that encourage critical thinking and teamwork.\r\n\r\nYour support has made a lasting impact on our classroom. You didn't just provide materials—you helped create a learning environment where every student feels confident, supported, and excited to grow as a mathematician. Thank you for giving my students the tools to succeed and the confidence to believe in themselves. 💙📐","fullyFundedDate":1760642805608,"projectUrl":"project/math-on-the-move-writing-our-way-to-suc/9811338/","projectTitle":"Math on the Move: Writing Our Way to Success!","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Caliendo","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp6820516_orig.jpg?crop=955,955,x49,y0&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1663085033940","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/6820516"},{"teacherId":4376485,"projectId":9498291,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for your generous support in providing Teachers Pay Teachers gift cards for our classroom.
