My students will use their notebooks to brainstorm, write drafts, work on editing skills and eventually write a complete writing piece with their voice and creativity shining through. They will be able to take notes, write about personal life experiences, partner with their peers and share their stories at the end of this writing experiences along with celebrating with their families at a Classroom Publishing Party. These notebooks will also allow my students to organize and keep their writing in one book. These notebooks will help build the foundation of future authors. These donations will provide a composition notebook for each of my students.
