Headphones have been a really popular tool in the classroom for students, especially those with sensory needs. They have been able to use them during independent work, for extra quiet or during assemblies when it can get really loud. Tools such as play dough have also been helpful when students are upset, they have used it for things like calming down.\r\n\r\nPencils have also been a huge tools we've needed in our classroom. If you've worked with kids before, you know how easy it is to misplace things and pencils are one of them. Having a large amount of pencils has been helpful in allowing students to complete work. Our students have also loved the books we were able to purchase with your help. They are a favorite and are in constant rotation.
