One special moment was during small group reading instruction when students were able to work with texts at their own individual reading levels. The new materials helped students stay focused, engaged, and confident while working independently and in small groups. We also use the resources during phonics practice, fluency activities, and interactive reading lessons that support all learners in our classroom.\r\nWhen the students first saw the new materials, they were extremely excited and eager to use them right away. Many students smiled, cheered, and immediately began exploring the resources. They were excited to have new tools that made learning feel fun, engaging, and hands-on. The materials brought a new level of excitement and motivation into our classroom.\r\n\r\nRight now, our class is continuing to work on reading comprehension and building strong independent reading habits using different level readers. Students are learning how to ask and answer questions about texts, identify story elements, and practice reading fluently. The new resources help students access texts and activities that match their individual needs and reading levels. Our next steps are helping students become more confident readers while strengthening their comprehension, fluency, and independent learning skills.","fullyFundedDate":1760985632529,"projectUrl":"project/turning-little-learners-into-lifelong-re/9814865/","projectTitle":"Turning Little Learners into Lifelong Reader","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Kramer","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp8948981_orig.jpg?crop=3024,3024,x0,y504&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1675357888841","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/8948981"},{"teacherId":8948981,"projectId":9011734,"letterContent":"Technology helps my second grade students learn in many exciting ways each day. This is especially important during small group instruction, independent work, and online learning programs.\r\n\r\nThe most exciting part for my students is being able to interact with learning in a fun and engaging way. They love listening to stories, completing interactive activities, and using educational games that make learning feel exciting and motivating. Having their own headphones helps students feel independent and confident while using technology.\r\n\r\nMany of my students have especially benefited from using headphones because they help reduce distractions and support concentration.
