As a teacher, there is no greater joy than seeing children become excited about reading, discovering new interests, and feeling proud of themselves as learners. Thanks to you, I get to witness these moments every single day.\r\n\r\nSince receiving your donation, our classroom has transformed in ways that are both meaningful and inspiring. The new books have brought so much energy and excitement into the room. My students rush to the library area the moment they walk in each morning, eager to pick out something new to explore. Many of my students, especially those who were previously hesitant readers, have started showing a newfound enthusiasm for books. They are developing stronger reading habits, asking deep questions, and sharing what they learn with one another. This is exactly the kind of environment I hope to create—one where reading feels joyful, empowering, and accessible to all.\r\n\r\nThe \"Who Is...?\" series has been a huge hit. I cannot emphasize enough just how much my students love these books. They have been captivated by the stories of different influential figures, from athletes to inventors to leaders who shaped history. Each time a student finishes one of the books, they immediately want to check out another. They are now having conversations with their peers about people who changed the world, connecting stories from the books to our social studies lessons, and even suggesting new topics they hope to learn about next. Seeing them so motivated and excited reminds me how important access to engaging, high-interest texts truly is.\r\n\r\nYour generosity has also helped create an inclusive classroom where every student—regardless of reading level, background, or learning style—feels valued and supported. Many of my students are English language learners, and these books have given them a way to build both language and confidence. You are helping build a love of reading, nurturing curiosity, and showing children that their education matters. You are giving them access to resources they may not have at home and helping shape their future in a positive and meaningful way. As a teacher, I am profoundly grateful for your willingness to invest in my students. It means more than words can express.\r\n\r\nThank you, truly, for believing in our classroom.
