My school is very large. We love to incorporate technology into our lessons. The problem that we face is that due to our size, we cannot afford to get as much access to devices that we would like. I envision my students in my school to eventually have devices to use at home to reach my ultimate goal of flipping the classroom. With this Chromebook, students would be able to access materials, such as text, videos, etc at home, so that the learning and teaching can be focused on in school. This project is a very small step to get onto that path. If this project comes to fruition, I would then have the knowledge about what a Chromebook entails, to drive further projects and purchases for my students.
