This would have greatly limited my ability to provide the best education for my students by not being able to provide them with the basic supply of paper. However, I had enough to make it to December but was starting to run out. THANKFULLY, my in need of paper project was funded and I now have paper for myself and my team mates. My students are so excited to begin making things out of cardboard and were super excited when they saw they get to use a \"saw\" to help them cut through it.\r\n\r\nCurrently my students are starting off with a simple challenge, design a \"house\" for an action figure to use as a shelter. My students have been collecting cardboard over the past month since we believe they will need a lot in case they mess up. The shelter that can keep the action figure from getting wet (I will be spraying, and watering the shelter) wins. Thye are very excited and were actively discussing in groups what they believed the best design is.\r\n\r\nThis project I believe will be such a sucess that I have already started another project in the hopes of gathering more tools, because as of this moment I have to split each class in half to make sure there are enough tools for students to use.","fullyFundedDate":1756825072898,"projectUrl":"project/upcycled-innovation-station/9551201/","projectTitle":"Upcycled Innovation Station","teacherDisplayName":"Mr. Henley","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp4361454_orig.jpg?crop=1592,1592,x0,y90&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1746560588350","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/4361454"},{"teacherId":4361454,"projectId":9583691,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for allowing my students to experience the phenomenon of static electricity in a way that is innovative and exciting for them. \r\n\r\nWhen I first explained to the students, the Van Der Graff hidden from their line of sight, that we would be exploring electricity up close and personal their eyes grew what felt like ten times as big as normal.
