I'm thrilled that most of my 18 students have now returned to in-person instruction. However, everyday we use several different computer learning programs without the benefit of headphones, and the resulting noise is overwhelming and distracting. This noise interferes with some students' concentration which, in turn, impedes their learning. Additionally, I am unable to conduct small group instruction during this time due to extraneous noise. I am excited about this project's potential to increase student focus; maximize small-group differentiated instruction; and restore calm to my classroom. I have chosen a set of high-quality earphones that can benefit my classes for years to come.
