It was especially fun to open boxes full of brand new trains and tracks to build amazing courses with. My students enjoyed building with the tracks and creating courses with the bridges and ramps. After placing the color snaps on the tracks students were able to see the success of their coding of the trains. Collaboration, problem solving, critical thinking, creativity, etc. You name it, it was happening with these Intelino trains!\r\n\r\nThese trains were a perfect match for my students in grades 3-5, but my older students are anxious to try the trains again using the iPads and Intelino app to code their trains. That will be a future lesson for these students. So many opportunities and possibilities with these trains!\r\n\r\nThank you to all of my donors. Students are also able to access their Chromebook during small group time which allows for differentiated instruction or incentive for finishing assignments early. Ten of my students who either did not have head phones or whose head phones broke, have been provided with head phones thanks to you. This allows them to be able to have text read aloud to them for assignments. These students as well as the class are more than appreciative of this. I have been able to use applications like Libby and Hoopla to check out up to 50 books from local libraries for free that my students can read. \r\n\r\nI have been able to check out new books, that I would have never been able to have access to. I have been able to check out books of all different levels, which has given students of all reading levels excitement about reading.
