I created a poster that listed the supplies available to them and posted it in two different places in my classroom. One specific project we're working on is a science and art integration project where the students explore ecosystems. They're using a new set of interactive digital tools that allow them to simulate different environments and track changes in ecosystems. I love seeing how engaged they are as they experiment with variables like temperature and precipitation to see how ecosystems evolve over time.\r\n\r\nWhen they first saw the new materials, their reactions were priceless! The digital tools were a big hit—students immediately jumped into the simulations and started testing different variables. They were particularly excited to use 3D modeling tools to build their own representations of ecosystems. It was awesome to see them so motivated to use technology to bring their learning to life.\r\n\r\nAs for the next steps in this project, we're now moving on to group presentations. Each group will use the resources to create a visual representation of an ecosystem they've studied, combining data from their simulations with illustrations. After that, they'll present their findings to the class, explaining how the ecosystem functions and how various factors affect it. The goal is for them to practice critical thinking and collaboration as they share what they've learned with one another.\r\n\r\nIt's been such a rewarding experience watching my students dive into these new tools and use them to deepen their understanding.
