Because of your donations, our students now have access to equipment that is transforming the way they learn. The new microphone arms and cables have greatly improved the clarity and consistency of student audio, helping them better understand the importance of professional sound in broadcasting. The Elgato Stream Deck has been especially exciting because it allows students to control scenes, transitions, and production shortcuts with the press of a button, making their broadcasts feel smoother and more professional. As their teacher, it has been incredible to watch these hands-on experiences help students build real-world skills in communication, storytelling, teamwork, and technical production.\r\n\r\nI have already seen several students truly thrive with this new technology. Some who were previously quiet in class have found confidence working behind the scenes with audio and live controls, while others with an interest in media have become even more engaged in leadership roles during production. What once felt like a classroom assignment now feels like a real broadcast experience, and that has sparked a new level of pride and excitement in their work.
