Now when they go outside to play they can play soccer, write letters and create pictures with sidewalk chalk and enjoy playing with their friends using the various equipment. \r\nWe are also enjoying the cart that holds all of the materials so items are easily stored and accessed. It is wonderful to watch them learn outdoor games, sharing, making friends and challenging their selves using the equipment and storing it. Thank you so much for changing their outdoor playtime for the better.\r\nWe are also enjoying the bubble machine for dance parties and special occasion fun. My apologies for my thank you delay as weather and holiday events have shifted my yearly plan. My students were very excited to see the little balls with the letters and numbers on them. They are the perfect size for them as their fingers can easily fit around the ball. For the little ones we played a game where they needed to pick a ball with a letter on it and find the matching letter bucket. For 2nd grade we practiced throwing and catching and then they had to write the letter that was on the ball on their paper and write a verb or noun that began with the same letter. It was a process as I am learning how to integrate reading and writing during PE class. The students enjoyed the games that went along with the lesson.
