Students are able to move quietly and smoothly, helping us maintain focus and minimize distractions. Our new nonverbal communication cards and the pocket-chart schedule have been essential for several students who benefit from visual routines. They now use the cards confidently to express their needs, choose break options, and understand what comes next in their day.\r\n\r\nOur sensory-friendly puzzles and calming corner materials have become a beloved part of our classroom. One of my favorite moments was watching a small group of students sit together at the calming corner, taking turns with the new puzzles and encouraging each other as they completed each one. It has become a safe, quiet place where students can regulate, reset, and return to learning, and your donation made that possible.\r\n\r\nOur giant dinosaurs have sparked so much joy and imaginative play! Every recess, a group gathers around the outdoor table to build habitats, create stories, and sort or count the dinosaurs. Their curiosity and collaboration have grown daily. The Post-it Easel Hanger Arms have been incredibly useful for displaying visual directions, anchor charts, and communication boards at students' eye level—keeping them engaged and supported. And the healthy snacks you funded have helped reinforce positive behavior and provide a small, caring boost during long learning days. Even the broom and dustpan have been a hit—students love taking ownership of cleaning up after activities and helping care for our classroom community.\r\n\r\nWhen the materials first arrived, my students were beyond excited. Their eyes lit up as we unpacked everything together. They were curious about every single item—trying out the communication cards, touching the new puzzles, and immediately imagining stories with the dinosaurs. They practiced taking turns, encouraged one another, and even timed each other as part of a math-integrated relay activity. It was incredible to see teamwork, gross motor development, and problem-solving all come to life at once.\r\n\r\nOur soccer balls are essential parts of outdoor recess and structured PE games, helping students release energy, build stamina, and develop social skills through team sports.
