One especially memorable moment was watching students use the materials to test their ideas, revise their thinking, and confidently share their findings with classmates—something many of them were hesitant to do before.\r\n\r\nLooking ahead, students will continue using these materials as we move into deeper investigations and project-based learning. Our students have enjoyed learning to use the binoculars, and are amazed at what details and features they can see up close. We've also used the books to help us to identify new species and learn more about the birds we see outside of our window everyday.\r\n\r\nOur favorite part of the project has been taking turns going out to feed the birds together. The pigeons that come most often are comfortable around us now and the students love when the birds fly up to them and eat close by. This has been particularly special for our students with disabilities who really love being around animals. \r\n\r\nThank you again!
