They carefully colored, cut, and assembled their dragons while learning about the meaning behind this important symbol.\r\n\r\nWe also practiced using chopsticks while eating white rice and orange chicken—what a fun (and challenging!) experience for little hands! Many students giggled as they tried, but they kept practicing and encouraging one another. It was such a special moment of learning through doing.\r\n\r\nThe creativity continued as we made beautiful paper lanterns and decorated them with shiny gold pens.
