The plyometric boxes are used to build lower body strength and vertical explosiveness, while the agility ladders improve quickness, coordination, and body control. The pop up defenders are used during ball handling and attacking drills to simulate real defensive pressure and decision making situations.\r\n\r\nOne specific practice moment that stands out occurred during a transition drill that combined all three resources. Players completed box jumps, sprinted into ladder footwork, then immediately attacked the basket while navigating around the pop up defenders. This sequence mirrored real game demands and required focus, effort, and confidence. The athletes were engaged, competitive, and encouraging one another through each repetition.
