Our project "Stay Strong" will afford our student-athletes the opportunity to focus on conditioning, as well as their academics. It will also inspire our athletes to demonstrate determination to succeed in all aspects of their lives. Many of our student-athletes struggle, due to emotional stressors that surround them at home. When student-athletes have access to basic necessities, they become better students and more determined athletes. They begin to take initiative in build a foundation for a successful future. Also, they set and accomplish their goals. Hence, their success is inevitable.

About my class
