When we study the concepts in the First Responder curriculum, we also complete skill tests. These skill based assessments require hands- on learning. Students learn more in a clean, sanitary environment because they don't have to worry about contamination from touching classmates. They can focus on the skill at hand when they don't have to worry about WHAT is on their hands! We also learn about patient assessment, all types of patients! Learning about pediatric and geriatric patients will help us master the skills involved in patient assessment. We are always looking to improve our knowledge base.

About my class
