Because of your donation, the artists in my classes have been able to explore their creativity and experiment with a variety of new media. Students in three of my classes have enjoyed learning about and trying the gelli printing process. They had created, unique one of a kind prints that have become a part of their art pieces or have become pieces on their own. They have had the opportunity to try drawing with ink and are looking forward to trying batik in the near future. These materials are very beneficial for my AP drawing students as they practice, experiment, and revise their work for their final AP portfolios. Some of the activities and experiences that they have had the opportunity to try this year greatly benefited from your support of this project.
