We have enjoyed using the legos and board games during indoor recess, we use the sensory stickers daily as a quiet fidget, the mailboxes keep us organized, and the whiteboards provide a great workspace for math! \r\n\r\nThe floor cushions get used often during ELA instruction. We love reading with each other and using the cushions to spread out around the classroom. When we are feeling stuck or overwhelmed with work, we each grab a stress ball and read the positive messages. We are currently working on some challenging concepts in math and these positive reminders keep us motivated. \r\n\r\nWe are so thankful for your donations. The students enjoy drawing a picture of an event or the characters when they are finished listening to the stories. The partners in the center even discuss which book they liked better and show their favorite part of the book to their partner.
