The new book bags are replacing old plastic ones that were torn and couldn't close properly. Before, students had no way to organize their books or keep them safe, and they struggled with losing their place while reading. We had been using sticky notes as makeshift bookmarks, but now the sticky notes are available for students to use for other purposes. \r\n\r\nThese new materials are helping students select books they enjoy while preventing them from misplacing them or losing their page. The book bags also protect the books from damage in backpacks or desks, and the bookmarks help students easily keep track of where they left off.
