The possibilities are limitless! My students require open-ended learning tools, such as paper, glue, watercolors, Unilink cubes, crayons, scissors, dry erase markers and pocket sleeves in order to make personal connections to the weekly themes through their creations. These valuable resources will facilitate interactive learning as they explore hands on activities in literacy, math, fine motor development, social and emotional development, science, language development and creative arts. The vision is for all families to receive their own education care package in a Mesh Zipper pouch with instructions on how and when to use the materials. Using a variety of open-ended learning materials and hands-on activities will encourage our Multilanguage Learners to not only participate but also be motivated to learn the new language. If we are participating in Remote Learning, it will be beneficial for them to have tangible learning materials to use while we are connected via video conferencing and as they engage in their independent daily hands on activities. Your support is greatly appreciated, thank you in advance!
