This is where the title of my project came from. \r\n\r\nAdditionally, I was able to add on a few fun fidgets and food. Some of the more fun add ons were fidgets! I have to admit, I think the Knee Doh fidgets that I put along with this order became a fad because of how much my students loved them and are seen using them on campus! Several of my students will sit nicely and pay better attention to instruction using a fidget, but finding the right material that is quiet, provides resistance feedback, and not distracting for others is the challenge! That is exactly what they Knee Doh fidgets do for my students during Circle time, but they're not cheap! \r\n\r\nAdditionally, I have a snack time mostly for students with Austism to help them learn to taste and try new foods, which eventually will lead to better and healthier eating habits! This snack pack provides a nice variety of generic/healthy snacks that the students can be presented with in order to smell, lick and eventually bite and eat! Once they do, they can have their more desirable snack that they prefer understanding the contingency that will later help them learn to trust what I'm asking them to taste and eventually try more healthy foods and build their pallet from there!","fullyFundedDate":1765821454047,"projectUrl":"project/pictures-are-worth-1000-words/9921724/","projectTitle":"Pictures are Worth 1000 Words","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Bu","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-7_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9121353"},{"teacherId":10182776,"projectId":10105355,"letterContent":"Having cubed chairs was a big hit for the preschool students! Most sat with the cube chair seat high, and a few students preferred it low, with more of a wall around them from the cube chair. \r\nThese chairs got the students to a variety of preferred sitting positions, from sitting at the table at circle time, where all the activities for them to participate in were more at the students' level than above their level, to where the preschool students couldn't interact with the board to add a Velcro shape or story piece to the activity we were doing at their level.
