The students are having so much fun learning new games with the tennis balls and using the jump ropes. \r\n\r\nThey've learned how to play scatter ball, which has been a lot of fun. Scatter ball is similar to kickball, but the team up all throws tennis balls. The outfield team has to retrieve all the tennis balls before the other team runs all the bases to score a point. It's a lot of fun and the kids practice teamwork and strategy while they play. During free play, the kids have loved using the jump ropes. Some students like to jump on their own and others like to play double dutch. It's great to see the kids happy playing games outdoors. \r\n\r\nNext steps would be to teach them some other games. We only have blacktop at our school, so the kids aren't allowed to play football, which is disappointing to them. They've been making up games to play using the tennis balls which has been fun to see. \r\n\r\nThank you again for your support!","fullyFundedDate":1770086955376,"projectUrl":"project/pe-fun/10073193/","projectTitle":"PE Fun","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Elicker","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp2115793_orig.jpg?crop=720,720,x180,y0&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1601868127962","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/2115793"},{"teacherId":3923057,"projectId":9226184,"letterContent":"Each week my students have a book report for homework.
