One moment that stood out was when a student came in overwhelmed after a crisis intervention. Before we even started grounding techniques, we offered them a small snack. Moments like this happen more often than people realize, and the snacks you donated have become a small but essential tool in helping students regulate and feel safe.\r\n\r\nMany of our students have expressed relief and gratitude, and several shared that having something to eat made them feel cared for during stressful moments. \r\n\r\nThanks to your contribution, our next steps involve integrating these snacks into ongoing wellness activities and check-ins.
