I could not find the words to thank you enough for your donation. Since receiving the items on our list no child has gone without breakfast. Numerous times when a student has stated that they have a stomachache because they have not eaten breakfast, it has put a smile on my face to be able to feed that student from our pantry. My students have begun to feel comfortable letting me know that they did not eat so that I can provide them with a snack.\r\n\r\nThanks to your donation students can nourish their bodies and start the day off right. The snacks that you have provided give them a quick way to eat something and get right back to learning. I no longer have to stop lessons to send them to the cafeteria or to the nurse. No student is silently hungry and distracted until lunch. This has really improved our classroom environment, improved student relationships, and enhanced the overall feeling of care in the classroom.\r\n\r\nYour donation also helped to add more books to our classroom library. These books were needed so that students can conduct research reading about things they are learning about this year.
