Your kindness has given my students opportunities, and I am incredibly grateful for your support.\r\n\r\nAs a teacher, one of the greatest joys is seeing students become excited about learning. Since receiving our Smart Board, that excitement has grown tremendously. What was once a lesson on paper can now become an interactive experience where students are actively involved in their learning. Through our CKLA reading program, students can highlight text evidence, annotate passages, and work together to strengthen their comprehension skills. Educational videos help build background knowledge and provide important visual supports for students with disabilities and multilingual learners. The Smart Board has allowed me to meet students where they are and make learning more accessible for everyone.\r\n\r\nThe most exciting part for my students is the opportunity to be part of the lesson instead of simply watching it. There is always a sense of anticipation when I ask for volunteers to come to the board. Whether they are solving a math problem, sorting words during a phonics lesson, or sharing their thinking with classmates, students light up when they have the chance to interact with the technology. It has transformed ordinary classroom moments into memorable learning experiences.\r\n\r\nOne of the most meaningful changes I have noticed is among some of my quieter students. Children who were once reluctant to participate are now eager to come to the front of the room and engage with lessons on the Smart Board. For some students, the visual and hands-on nature of the technology helps concepts click in ways that traditional instruction sometimes cannot. For others, it provides a confidence boost and a safe way to share their ideas with classmates. Watching these students take risks, participate more often, and celebrate their successes has been incredibly rewarding.\r\n\r\nYour donation is much more than a piece of technology. It is an investment in the confidence, curiosity, and success of every child who walks through our classroom door. Because of your generosity, my students are learning in ways that are engaging, collaborative, and meaningful. They are developing skills that will serve them well both inside and outside the classroom.\r\n\r\nThank you for believing in our students and for making a lasting difference in their educational journey. Your generosity is felt every day, and we are truly grateful for the opportunities you have provided.","fullyFundedDate":1778461540215,"projectUrl":"project/smart-tv-and-rolling-cart-for-3rd-grade/10237581/","projectTitle":"Smart TV and Rolling Cart for 3rd Grade Classroom","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. (Linn) Clark","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp10278253_orig.jpg?crop=667,667,x52,y0&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1758766686127","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10278253"},{"teacherId":8883940,"projectId":8369533,"letterContent":"The whiteboard has become an essential part of our daily classroom instruction. Whether we are solving math problems together, practicing phonics, brainstorming ideas, or reviewing concepts, every student can easily see and participate.\r\n\r\nThe larger writing space has also increased student engagement by encouraging more opportunities for students to come to the board, share their thinking, and collaborate with classmates.
