They are extremely engaged and motivated to work hard on their math tasks in my class. It has been so wonderful to reward them for all of their work! Sometimes the work they have to do is really hard and it's a task to keep them going and motivated. However, I had out tickets to them based on their mastered skills from the previous week. They then use the tickets to buy the prizes I got with this money. It's super motivating for others to see your classmates getting more tickets than you.
