In our 8th grade math classroom, I provide lots of different types of learning and teaching strategies. However, space is limited and in an added layer of preserving dignity in a very insecure time of life, I am trying to find ways for students to output energy in a private way. I want to provide each student with a bouncy band on their desk legs to give them private, personalized support. This will allow each student to quietly release excess anxiety, tension, stress, and energy. Movement is such a powerful tool for kids who have experienced a trauma in their life as well. Research from test groups is showing that Bouncy Bands are a successful resource, and I want to provide them for my 8th graders. Can you help us?
