Your contribution helped transform this project into a school-wide celebration of learning and history. With your help, each group had a high-quality display to showcase the depth of their research on major topics in U.S. history—from the Civil Rights Movement to the Cold War and beyond. Having a professional-looking board gave students a sense of pride and ownership over their work and helped elevate the entire event. Many of them even transformed these boards into 3D, immersive works of art, moving way beyond the requirements. \r\n\r\nThe History Fair became a major highlight of our final weeks of school. It sparked a new level of engagement and collaboration in the classroom, as students worked hard not only to research and analyze historical topics, but also to think creatively about how to present their ideas to an audience. The tri-folds were key in turning our cafeteria into a museum-like space where other students, staff, and community members could stop by and celebrate student learning. Thanks to your support, my students got to end the year feeling accomplished and EXTREMELY proud of their academic growth.","fullyFundedDate":1738898048708,"projectUrl":"project/history-fair-heroes-help-us-build-a-leg/9098185/","projectTitle":"History Fair Heroes: Help Us Build A Legacy!","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Johnson","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-5_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9916169"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_105731","usesDonorsChoose":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":373,"numTeachers":null,"percentFrplEligible":74,"percentAsian":2,"percentBlack":2,"percentWhite":2,"percentIndigenous":0,"percentLatinx":89,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","gradesServed":"9 - 12","studentTeacherRatio":null,"demographicsDataSource":"MDR School","equityFocus":true,"titleOne":false,"metroType":"URBAN","ncesMetroType":"CITY_LARGE"},"inStateSupporters":85.2,"schoolId":105731,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about E3 Civic High School on @DonorsChoose:","schoolName":"E3 Civic High School","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/california/san-diego-unified-school-district/e3-civic-high-school/105731"}
