We had over 60 students sign up to be part of the program and being able to provide the goals and supplies fort the program was the first big step. These soccer goals give the students a sense of pride when they are on our field, they know that this is something most other school don't have. Students are so excited to play 6 a side scrimmages on these goals, they always are asking if they get to play on the nice goals. Its the popular place to be. \r\nThe unwrapping of the goals and assembly was a big deal to these students. All of the students wanted to help and be a part of building the goals. They took pride in being a part of the building process. They were so excited and in disbelief of the goal when it was done. They were so excited in knowing that this was to help build their program and for them to practice with. \r\nWe are begging to wrap up this season and looking forward to building our program for next year. We are looking for more equipment, as well as looking for ways to build our Scobee FC soccer program bigger for next year. We are looking to join with other schools to add more scrimmage opportunities, providing team jersey's and building the program to support more students. Thank you all for your generous donations and support of providing for my students.","fullyFundedDate":1769607971423,"projectUrl":"project/soccer-goals-for-future-athletes/9908059/","projectTitle":"Soccer Goals for Future Athletes","teacherDisplayName":"Mr. Ridge","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp3220411_orig.jpg?crop=1070,1070,x0,y35&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1663956934165","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/3220411"},{"teacherId":6501962,"projectId":6606479,"letterContent":"I am very sorry for the delay in our thank you! A defined rug gives students a specific place to sit during circle time, which helps them understand expectations and transitions. Seat sacks provide each child with their own space and materials, reducing confusion and helping young learners feel secure and settled.\r\nSecond, it supports focus and engagement. When children know where they belong and have easy access to needed supplies, there are fewer distractions. This allows students to pay better attention during lessons, participate more actively in discussions, and stay engaged for longer periods of time.\r\nThird, it promotes independence and responsibility. Seat sacks encourage students to manage their own materials, such as books or folders. This builds early organizational skills and helps children take ownership of their learning space, which is especially important at the kindergarten level.\r\nFourth, it enhances social and emotional development. Having an individual spot on the rug can reduce conflicts over space and personal belongings. This helps create a calmer, more inclusive classroom environment where students feel respected and comfortable.\r\nOur new rug and seat sacks have increased excitement and pride in the classroom. Bright, clean, and welcoming materials make the learning space feel special, which can boost student motivation and positive attitudes toward school.\r\nOverall, these organizational tools help my kindergarten students feel safe, confident, and ready to learn, laying a strong foundation for both academic success and positive classroom behavior.","fullyFundedDate":1764728739405,"projectUrl":"project/lets-start-the-year-with-a-few-updates/9560393/","projectTitle":"Let’s Start the Year With a Few Updates","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Roper","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/272x272/tp4982233_272x272.jpg?width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1527993404813","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/4982233"},{"teacherId":3220411,"projectId":9277944,"letterContent":"Thank you all for your generous donations. These items have allowed for my students to be able to sit in the classroom and work in different ways. The wabble seats allow for students to sit and work in chairs, but move at the same time. The desks are allowing for students to have a hard surface when working on the floor or transform their desk into a standing desk.\r\nOpening all of the packages was like Christmas. The students were so excited and wanting to help open everything. It was a great team project. As soon as they started to see the them they were getting ideas on different ways to use them. \r\nThe next steps are more integration. I want to move away from students sitting at desk all day and being able to move and work in different ways. These materials are the first steps to help this process.
