These magazines will help bring current events into the classroom. They will be used to connect our curriculum to more relevant information about what is happening in the world and my students' lives. These magazines will also be used to spark imaginations and curiosities of my students with the hope that after a student reads about a topic they will want to read more about it by checking out books from our school library or county library. Lastly, my students will be able to take these home after reading in class and this will add to their own personal book library and help spark conversations with family members about what they read.

About my class
