For Random Acts of Kindness Week, students handwrote 300 kindness notes to distribute throughout the school. They also wrote kind notes to their teachers and delivered their cards on Friday. We had students pass out positivity pens, affirmation bracelets, and stickers for their laptops.\r\n\r\nAll of these acts of kindness were appreciated by students and staff, improving the overall morale for the week. Students were eager to participate, and they made so many of their peers smile. Several of my students exclaimed with glee when I showed them all the colors they had to choose from. Even those students who moaned when I told them they had to use more than one color on their next white board presentation came around and ended up embracing the layers they could add to their quick projects with some creativity. \r\n\r\nWe have used the new white boards and multitude of markers in several different scenarios at this point (see pictures below), and they have reinvigorated some of my students as the end of our semester approaches. \r\n\r\nThank you again for your support, and don't be a stranger!
