A moment of zen to care for their social/emotional well-being. In my class, students will have a daily opportunity to reflect and meditate through sketching and freewriting - no right or wrong, no grade, no pressure - just expression. These moments will be opportunities for clarity, mindfulness, and re-centering that will carry over into academic pursuits. By funding this project, you will be aiding students' holistic development - academics, social/emotional, and creative expression. Thank you for your support!
