My 1st and 2nd grade students absolutely love the books 'There Was an Old Lady Who Swallowed a Clover' and 'There Was an Old Lady Who Swallowed a Turkey'. During our group reading activities, I have my articulation students write down words that target their specific speech sounds. For my students with language impairments, we focus on identifying antonyms, synonyms, and words with multiple meanings to help expand their vocabulary skills. \r\n\r\nMy PreK and kindergarten ESE students are absolutely thrilled with the hands-on wooden manipulatives.
