The new classroom supplies like pencils, pens, and our pencil sharpener have helped our lessons run smoothly without interruptions. The Lysol wipes have helped us keep our classroom clean and healthy, while the snacks give students the extra boost they sometimes need to stay focused throughout the day. Having a teacher desk has also helped keep our classroom organized so I can better support my students during instruction.\r\n\r\nWhen my students first saw the new materials, they were genuinely excited and grateful. Something as simple as having the supplies they need ready to go makes them feel prepared and confident. One of the biggest highlights has been using the fraction manipulatives during our math lessons. Instead of only hearing about fractions, students are now able to physically build and compare them. Watching those \"aha!\" moments happen as fractions finally start to make sense has been incredibly rewarding.\r\n\r\nMoving forward, we will continue using these tools to deepen our understanding of fractions and other math concepts. Students will be working on activities where they build, compare, and solve real-world fraction problems using the manipulatives. These resources will continue to support a classroom environment where students feel prepared, supported, and excited to learn every day.
