I need to give out pencils constantly! I don't know where all these pencils go, but I am happy to be able to provide them to students to make sure that they are able to complete the work in class. Donors like you make it possible for me to do my job effectively and keep students involved. Thank you for your donation and making education a priority!\r\n The three hole punch and staples are constantly being used and it is so nice to have these new materials that work properly. It has become a pattern in lots of public schools across the nation to run out of things as neccessary as printer paper and ink. This reduction in funding has caused a lot of our diverse learners, students who struggle with technology, or students preference of paper-copied materials to supplement either their learning or assessments to struggle. I have wanted a classroom printer for the longest time in order to best support those students who need last minute copies of an assignment, music theory notes, slideshows of their math examples from Google Classroom, student government documents...the list goes on and on.\r\n\r\nOur school, ChiArts, is a unique public school model that houses students from the hours of 8-5PM every single day. They often times struggle with the ability to find it to a library or have access to computers at home to print their assignments or notes prior to coming to school. YOU have given them the gift of accessibility and reliability. This may seem so small to so many, but it has truly benefitted so many of our students, 128 to be exact, that roam in and out of our classroom -- room 203.
