We were so excited to get our package and to be able to roll it out and conduct our first class lesson in our new meeting space. Students have their own spot, big enough for their bodies to be comfortable and ready to learn. The rug has been an excellent addition to our classroom, its calm colors have really opened up our space and have improved our classroom aesthetic, making this a place where students WANT to be. \r\n\r\nWe have used the rug for instruction, for leisure and even as a learning tool- using it for graphing activities during math time. Students choose to sit at the rug during free play, some have used it to stretch out on and rest during a long day, and we use it daily as a meeting place for songs, stories, and fun. \r\n\r\nWe have made \"carpet clean up\" one of our classroom jobs, and students take pride in helping to care for our new space using our class vacuum. We really appreciate your generous donation.
