Before having it, my lessons focused mostly on bodyweight exercises and demonstrations without allowing students to experience proper lifting techniques. With the squat rack available, I can now teach correct squat form, bar placement, and safe lifting practices in a hands-on way. Students are able to adjust the weight to match their individual skill levels, which helps build confidence and encourages participation.
