All of the items will be used for my second grade students to participate in engineering activities in a creative and developmentally appropriate way. All the materials are engaging and hands-on for my students to learn and manipulate. My students will learn to think inventively and imaginatively. They will learn how to problem solve with specified constraints, as well as develop creative design skills. Students will apply structures to real-world designs and construct a variety of objects using basic geometry and mathematical practices. Students will be able to examine multiple perspectives and learn fine motor skills, along with team building skills.

About my class
