Recently, students used the materials to build colorful, interactive graphic organizers and story maps. For our language learners, a blank page can feel incredibly intimidating. By coloring, sketching, and mapping out ideas first, their anxiety faded. One student, who rarely speaks in class, used their hand-drawn visual map to confidently stand up and present a vocabulary lesson to their peers.\r\nRight now, students are illustrating complex text structures and turning vocabulary into vibrant visual guides.
