Students now have consistent access to their own labeled water bottles, and the caddy makes it easy to transport everything efficiently to and from the gym and field. This has helped us maximize practice time since students are no longer searching for or sharing bottles, and we can maintain smoother transitions between drills.\r\n\r\nWhen students first saw the water bottles and caddy, they were immediately excited to have their own designated gear. It created a sense of ownership and responsibility, and they quickly adapted to using them every day without reminders. These tools have helped us focus on key fundamentals like approach timing, arm swing, and reaction skills in a more engaging and repetitive way. When the equipment first arrived, students were excited and immediately eager to try everything, especially the spike trainer and no-look net, which quickly boosted energy and participation in the gym.\r\n\r\nOne of the most impactful moments has been during hitting progression stations, where students rotate through the trainers and then apply those skills in live play. We are already seeing improvement in confidence and control. During the month of October, students were given mini bags of building block pieces and a story or clue to their designated build. When students figured our the object they were building, they were instructed to build the item based on the number of blocks that were given.
