I can easily monitor movement during recess, physical education and brain breaks, helping to create a more active classroom environment. \r\n\r\nThe personal pedometers have been a wonderful hands-on tool for students. They've sparked enthusiasm and friendly competition as we track our daily steps and set movement goals together. Students have become more aware of how physical activity contributes to focus, energy and overall well-being. We use the new resources everyday, I'm constantly trying to make the program better on a daily. I work in a middle school which also has an elementary school in the building. I coach 4 basketball teams in the school. Middle school Girls, Varsity, JV and elementary basketball with the addition of volleyball. All of the teams here have competed in organized play versus other schools. The equipment gave us the competitive edge we needed.
