Because of your kindness, my second grade students now have the essential supplies they need, most importantly, pencils, to do their work each and every day.\r\n\r\nBefore your donation, we were struggling. We had very few usable pencils, and the ones we did have were old, worn down, missing erasers, or constantly breaking. It was a daily challenge just to find a working pencil, and something as simple as writing their name or solving a math problem became frustrating for my students.\r\n\r\nThanks to you, that has completely changed. Every child now has access to new, high quality pencils and their very own personal pencil sharpener. We were also fortunate to receive an amazing, high quality classroom pencil sharpener, which has been a total game changer. It's sturdy, efficient and keeps us stocked with sharp pencils all day long!\r\n\r\nThe pride my students feel in taking care of their own supplies is truly heartwarming. These supplies might seem simple, but the make a huge difference in our daily routines. Before your kindness, many of my students came to school without these basic tools. Now, they each have what they need to stay organized, express themselves creatively, and focus during independent work time.\r\n\r\nOne of the most beautiful things to come from your donation is the joy and excitement my students feel when using brand new crayons. When they opened their new supplies, their eyes lit up.
