Because of you, we've been able to meet not only the academic needs of our students, but also their physical, social, and emotional ones. Every supply you helped provide has already made a difference.\r\n\r\nStudents now use their new seat pockets to keep track of notebooks and assignments, giving them more independence and organization skills. Students are learning how to \"cash checks,\" budget with envelopes, and role-play real financial scenarios in a fun, safe way. We've also been able to meet basic needs by providing socks and underclothes to students who didn't have these essentials, which helped them feel more comfortable and cared for at school.\r\n\r\nThe joy on their faces was unforgettable when they first saw the materials. They were excited to try the rainbow calculators, test out their new pencils and erasers, and even explore creativity with Play-Doh and art supplies. Many couldn't believe that people outside our classroom cared to invest in their success.\r\n\r\nBecause of your donation, my students are growing in confidence, learning new life skills, and experiencing school in a way that feels supportive and full of possibility. Our next steps will include weaving these tools into building financial literacy units, so that each student continues to develop the tools they need for their future.\r\n\r\nFrom the bottom of my heart, thank you for believing in my students.
